Entre 17 e 21 de Março de 2025, o Arquivo Histórico de Moçambique (AHM) formou 11 membros da Comissão de Avaliação de Documentos Central (CAD) da EP (EDM) em Avaliação e Eliminação de documentos na Administração Pública. O curso decorreu nas instalações da EP (EDM) com uma carga horária de 20h.
O Mestre António Maposse e o Doutor Renato Augusto Pereira facilitaram o curso conforme o plano temático. As aulas decorreram de forma dinâmica e interactiva. Os formandos consideraram a metodologia usada adequada e as matérias leccionadas de importantes para a melhoria do desempenho na gestão de documentos e arquivos em geral e da correspondência em particular.
Durante as actividades práticas constatou-se que na EP (EDM) ainda são usados os livros de registo de entrada e saída de correspondência e o livro de protocolo, aprovados pela Portaria 21860 de 27 de Fevereiro de 1969 e prevalece a prática de uso de cópias de documentos (correspondência) para comprovação da sua expedição e/ou envio.
Em função disso e perspectiva de melhoria da gestão da correspondência recebida e expedida, recomendou-se a CAD da EP (EDM) para trabalhar no sentido de influenciar a quem de direito para adquirir-se, os “Livros de Correspondência e de Protocolo” aprovados pela Resolução nº 12/2019 de 2 de Setembro que revogou a Portaria 21860 de 27 de Fevereiro de 1969.
No final do curso, o Doutor Pereira fez a entrega dos certificados de participação e visitou o sector de Digitalização da EP (EDM).
